Grades
· Handlesets, knobs and levers are Grade #3 (residential)

· Deadbolts Grade #2 (commercial) (Note: The lower the grade number the more heavy duty)

Backset
Our latches come with an adjustable backset from 2 3/8” to 2 3/4"

Keying / Mechanical
· All locks are a five-pin system with a Kwikset-compatible keyway

· Knobs and levers are built with a square drive (not a half-moon) mechanism for added durabilit

· Deadbolts are available in key-alike in pairs. Deltana does not presently service keying requests

· Protector/contractor key is available for select single-cylinder deadbolt models

Latches
· All knobs & levers come packaged with a radius mortise latch

· Trim kits and drive-in latches sold separately
 
· Drive-in latches are available with removable round or square corner latch scalp plates

Handlesets
· Kit includes a round ball knob and a radius mortise latch

· Trim kits and drive-in latches sold separately

Packaging
· All handleset kits come clear-packaged as shown (right)

· All other deadbolts, knobs and levers are box-packed

Warranty
· 3-year warranty on finish

· 5-year warranty on mechanical

· Extended warranties available upon request
